Going on a tour of the Olympic site was amazing because I got the chance to see, first hand, the park coming together. I went on the same tour with the legacy ambassadors when the park just started. Going again gave me the opportunity to see how much it has developed over time.
When I was on the site I was comparing it with the first time I visited the park. I can say it has defiantly come along way.
On the visit I also found out a lot of interesting facts. Things like, the aquatics centre has been nicknamed the Pringle because of its shape. Also things like, they are ahead of schedule on the main stadium. As we drove around the site and saw all the buildings, because of how developed they all are, I could actually imagine some of them when they are completed.
Going on the Olympic site tour again was amazing, it was a really good experience and I really enjoyed it.
